FOUNDER / PROMOTER

Mr. Krishnan Srinivasan (M.D, Engineers Grid)

Born at Tiruvallur, Tamil nadu , in the year 1962, completed Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1981. Having an experience of 4 decades ( 41+ years) in various types of construction. Worked with Contractors, Architects, Project Management Consultants in India and abroad. Worked for nearly 10 years in Resort Projects with Project Management Consultants and Builders in Maldives. Very hardworking and very much dedicated to the profession whatever be the scale and kind / type of projects. Always believes in Safety First, Work Next. Gives importance to safety of team members, equipments and buildings at any given point of time.

“Working with the team always bring success” follows this as his principle always. Started his own Company in the year 2017 titled as “ENGINEERS GRID”. Engineers Grid has experienced personal in various levels of operation. Has carried out many Engineering services in the span of 5 years, capable of getting the work done at any level of construction.

Artists / Trainer

Smt. Shaivya Rastogi is Founder of Aasmaani, a multidisciplinary creative studio based in Bangalore. Her studio Specialized in taking up Bespoke Art Works in various art forms like acrylic on canvas, wall murals, graphics, gouache etc. An Alumni of prestigious Banasthali University (Rajasthan), Shaivya Rastogi completed her Masters in Fine Arts (Honours) in the year 2012. During academics, actively engaged in National & Regional Level Students Fests. She Participated and was awarded as winner for multiple art competitions. Apart from practising her own skills Shaivya loves to share her knowledge by taking short term creative fun courses for kids and adults. She believes that online classes have given more accessibility to reach out to larger number of audience and it has huge potential to impart quality training at an affordable price.

A dynamic, dedicated and determined female coordinating with the entire team (Promoter / Trainer/ Students / Parents ) via social / digital platform and thus caters to all the requirements / support for these online ongoings. Having an experience of more than 30+ years into public interaction on various fronts with an ability to handle multi-tasking / is capable of multi product marketing.
Indeed it is a great honour and pleasure to have been associated with Mr. Krishnan Srinivasan, MD (Engineers Grid) for the last 4 years, Envisioned to encourage young artists in the field of drawings, paintings etc.
Lord Ganesha blessed our noble thoughts and actions. With great support extended by parents, teachers, guardians, friends, relatives & well wishers, “This Dream blessed to become a reality from 09-04-2022 onwards.”
With good team, dedicated and focussed interactions is the key factor for its success, today having a strength of 40 + participants with 3 batches running and 2 more new batches upcoming in 2023. Response and support is overwhelming and amazing.
Dedicated participation and practise, improving the skills and performance of our kids is the key factor. The management and team requests more and more kids to participate and explore their creative skills and talents. Our kids are imparted the college-level teaching, emphasizing on punctuality, practice and class discipline. With very simple and handy-available stationary, our classes are going on in an excellent way.
Regular reviews of the drawings, art works, valuable suggestions, feedbacks, appreciations, awards, rewards and certificates motivates and brings out the best from each and every participant.
